Bridges for Ukraine
In June 2025 we launched ‘Bridges for Ukraine', a project to support Ukraine’s ongoing efforts to redesign its future. The project promotes knowledge and skills exchange between thought leaders, emerging businesses and scalable financing mechanisms, with the shared goal of rebuilding a Ukraine that is fit for the challenges of our planet’s future.
Its innovative and collaborative approach has earned 'Bridges for Ukraine’ an international reputation, reflected in an editorial contribution from the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, to the first White Paper, an appearance at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome in July 2025, and the support from the UK Department for Business and Trade.
What we do
Ukraine stands committed to position itself as a global leader in post-conflict, low-carbon reconstruction. Utilising a whole system approach, carbon neutral cities, regenerative agriculture and distributed energy systems it has the potential to become the model that the future transformation of Europe requires. The key to its success will be people powered prosperity.
’Bridges for Ukraine’ brings together the interdisciplinary skills and expertise of key thought leaders, citizens and innovating enterprises, collaborating to support long-term sustainable prosperity in a post-conflict Ukraine. The guiding principle is that Ukrainians must lead the design and delivery of their country’s recovery; but global partnerships can support this mission.
Working in collaboration with the UK Department for Business and Trade and Fast Forward, we published a White Paper showcasing innovative and practical ideas for reconstruction. Contributions include leading voices from the UK and Ukraine across sectors including housing, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and energy.
